I have been there since the end of Jan. Signed a lease an never got a copy of this lease. Called today at 11 am and didn't receive a call back til almost 7pm at night was told to text them my email which I did an still never received a copy of my lease. Also it's not open 24hrs as I was told an I went the other night cause I jad an emergency amd needed something that was in my camper at 845pm an it was closed. Not impressed at all an have only been there a cpl months. It takes them all day to call you back no one is ever aro... read more
Rented and signed lease online. Went there Friday afternoon. Gate code didn't work. No one answers phone. Left voicemail. No response. Filled in "contact us " form. No response.
