Horrible customer service. I emailed on June 9th about vacating my spot and it took until July 23rd to officially cancel and get my refund. Who knows how long it would have taken if I had not persistently called, texted and emailed. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
I found this place last minute The guy on the phone is great The place is awesome they worked with me and I would recommend them to anybody. they went above and beyond for me
I have been there since the end of Jan. Signed a lease an never got a copy of this lease. Called today at 11 am and didn't receive a call back til almost 7pm at night was told to text them my email which I did an still never received a copy of my lease. Also it's not open 24hrs as I was told an I went the other night cause I jad an emergency amd needed something that was in my camper at 845pm an it was closed. Not impressed at all an have only been there a cpl months. It takes them all day to call you back no one is ever aro... read more
