This five star review is long overdue! I have been going to Arvada Barre for a bit over a year and a half, and I am so glad that it's here in our community! Each instructor is thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable, providing fun classes with mindful modifications every step of the way. I know Barre can be intimidating to some, but please come try it for yourself! There's zero judgment, and lots of encouragement to take your time, and modify if you need to. I don’t know how else to put it, this place is the absolute BEST! I came in as a complete beginner, and totally fell in love with this studio. It has so many classes to choose from each week, easy booking app, sooooo professional, and the teachers… they are truly top notch!! I’m constantly so inspired by them, and their challenging classes have me feeling so fit and pain-free. I cannot express how much I love this place!! 🌈
I came for the “tiny movements, big results” promise, and stayed because this barre studio feels like a second home (where everyone is somehow still smiling while their legs are on fire).
