I love Arvada Barre! The classes are great for all levels. They offer modifications that work for everyone. And they have the nicest instructors. Highly recommend!
Arvada Barre was the first place I had ever tried a barre class. I was looking for a safe yet good way to continue to stay in shape during my pregnancy. One class and I was hooked! They provided modifications and breathing techniques which were incredibly helpful since it was my first time being pregnant but also my first time going to a barre class. Arvada Barre changed my life two years ago! I was reaching a milestone birthday and wanted to try a new workout that would increase my overall strength, balance, and flexibility. I love Arvada Barre and everything about this happy place. It’s such a warm, friendly, supportive community. I look forward to coming to classes. I get great workout and feel good after. The top notch instructors are encouraging and always available for questions/share their knowledge. They always have fun and creative challenges/activities. I highly recommend this studio.
