I love this place. The workouts are always hard and have a good burn but so upbeat and fun. It’s been an amazing way to get back into fitness postpartum. I really was missing that community feel in a gym and found it here.

I started coming here about 5 weeks ago and it is now part of my weekly routine! Everyone is so kind, no judgement. Classes are fun and they also have fun events throughout each month. Highly recommend!!

I LOVE coming to the studio! Everyone is so welcoming from the instructors to the class participants. They even wrote a welcome message to me on the window my first day! The studio is super cute (especially the pink lights during class!) and always clean. Jenny and the staff have really built a warm and encouraging community and it shows right when you walk in the door for your first class.

Such an amazing studio, highly recommend! The instructors are awesome, top notch customer service, friendly environment. You can pay per class or do a monthly membership. Several class times offered per day & cute themed ones too!

I went to my first Barre class last night and it was phenomenal. I was immediately welcomed with a smile and a "hello" as soon as I walked in the door, which I appreciate to help calm nerves! The studio is gorgeous and super cute! I'm a bit awkward when it comes to getting moves right, but Laura was quick to help me correct my form. I'm super sore but in a good way! Needless to say, I will be back!
