I have been a member of Arvada Barre for several years now and many things keep me coming back. The classes are consistently high quality and challenging, the instructors are motivational, and the space is clean and bright. I augment my regular strength training and cardio regime with Arvada Barre a few times a week and have noticeable differences in strength, balance, and coordination. Definitely give the studio a try!

This is a great studio!! All of the instructors are amazing and I really appreciate how they motivate you to push a little harder while also respecting individual capabilities and skill levels. I'd highly recommend Arvada Barre to anyone, at any skill level, looking to increase confidence, strength and flexibility in a fun and welcoming environment. I look forward to being a longterm member!

I can't say enough good things about this studio. It's such a welcoming, no-judgment space where you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The instructors are truly amazing - fun, encouraging, and full of positive energy. They do a great job in making every class feel approachable but still challenging in a good way. I always leave feeling better than when I arrive. Highly recommend checking out this studio!
