I am HOOKED on Arvada Barre! I joined two months ago during a workout slump and I quickly got addicted and feel so. much. better! I've taken a variety of classes with most of the instructors and fully enjoy every single one! (even enough to go at 6a!)
Arvada Barre has changed my life for the better. I leave every class feeling empowered and a self love I could not compare to much. I love the new studio set up as well.
Everyone is so friendly and positive. Definitely helped calm my nerves jumping back into Barre after a long hiatus. I truly feel like they care about their members and want everyone to get the most out of their experience. It's such a beautiful studio too. Overall amazing vibes!
I absolutely LOVE this place, a great and intense workout, every instructor is so kind and welcoming. The classes vary so you never get bored. The studio is beautiful and there are so many fun props to use. 10000% recommend for anyone.
