Very disappointed with this company and will not use again. I had excellent service a few months back for CV joints, although it took all day. The last 3 times I have tried to schedule an appointment it was either a no show (x2) or I had to cancel due to not being here during the specified times as I had to leave. First time: needed oil leak checked. Said he would come the Saturday and never showed up or replied to messages. Days later said he was sick. Didn't turn up, waste off time
Had the best experience! Not sure what the reviews are about. Went in needing new aux belt, tensioner, and both rod ends. Both sides for my track rod ends had corroded parts, so he was an absolute gem and put the work into getting them off. Drove to me, picked up my car, and drove it back. I feel a huge difference in my car now after taking it here, definitely going to be coming back for future repairs. DON'T TRUST these scammers, I booked a call out fee for £60 , thay gave me a number to ring a bloke but he was far too expensive, so I cancelled the callout fee and thay said that they would put my money back into my Barclay's account, no money has been paid back , three times I have contacted them asking why haven't they returned my money and thay put the phone down on me, thay are scammers, don't book a call out fee, waste of time and money, thay are rude over the phone, don't use them at all, thay are scamming Barstards, ... read more
