I would highly recommend Vishal as a trainer. He runs his gym with passion ! His CrossFit regime is a well rounded combination of cardio, and strength exercises. He pushes you to exceed your limit but also ensures that you have a proper technique while lifting weights to stay injury free .

I have been with ARV fitness for 7 months and it is amazing! The vibes are excellent and Vishal is a great trainer that has not only pushed me to my limits but I have also seen results!! Will continue with this gym moving forward!
