Disappointed: This is my personal experience in my only dealing with ARV Caravans. I ordered a Willow 628x at a caravan show in Penrith in July 2019, that unfortunately I was unable to complete the purchase of due to covid 19 and the fact that I had relocated to the Northern Territory. Plenty of caravan parts friendly service
Needed a pressure limiting valve for the van and they were fantastic to deal with. Had it in stock and happily helped by put the fittings on either end to make it even easier. Would recommend for any caravan parts you may need on your travels.
Great place for your spare parts! Staff are friendly, honest in their knowledge and always looking to help! All parts are reasonably priced and we are lucky to have found the parts we needed for our awning whilst camping in Eden! Thanks ARV Caravans team!
