Just brought a new Van good service very helpful at start them no after sales service would not recommend them to my friends as thay get rude when you want warranty work done on your van And you have to deal with the manufacturer it is easier than trying to deal with them.
Disappointed: This is my personal experience in my only dealing with ARV Caravans. I ordered a Willow 628x at a caravan show in Penrith in July 2019, that unfortunately I was unable to complete the purchase of due to covid 19 and the fact that I had relocated to the Northern Territory. I canceled the order after waiting more than a year for it. Due to the country being in lockdown and no longer being able to get to the dealer in NSW.
