Very good food, good place to go with family
We Had done a takeout about a year ago and somehow it was North Indian food and pretty tasty. We went there for typical South Indian fare in September 2022 and the food was pathetic. It’s a strong term but here is my justification. the idli and Vada look beautiful but the Idli was hard from inside and the wada was uncooked. We have visited this restaurant yesterday and enjoyed the authentic taste of chettinad.Service is very quick and the staff are good.
I should have read the latest reviews before I decided to have the buffet .Buffet used to be good pre -Covid times.So I was super excited about the banana leaf buffet ( traditional South Indian style).But… Food was cold .Even bland food would be palatable if its little warm .Flavorless bland food . Biriyani was salty.Restaurant used to be very good ..so what went wrong !?!! Overpriced too. I really wouldn’t mind the price had the food been tastier. I never post negative reviews.I hope the management works on it ..
