Been a patient for almost 10 years and the past few visits she has been very dismissive of my concerns. My visits have felt rushed and I don’t feel seen or valued. I called in to make a follow up appointment, as my initial appointment didn’t address my concerns, and the front desk confirmed a date and time. I received a phone call a week later saying it would need to be moved out 2 weeks because the doctor is going on vacation.
