Excellent customer service
Our experience with Arundel Pool and Spa was terrible. We needed a new hot tub cover which was originally estimated to take 6-8 weeks to come in. After close to 9 weeks and having to contact Kenny multiple times with no answer, the cover was delivered but it was 6 inches too big. They ordered the cover without measuring it! After measuring and re-ordering, the new cover didn’t come in until June 11 with a total of 5 months since our initial contact and order.
