I highly recommend Suzanne the vet! She's very thorough and caring. Tank had ear issues and she was able to check his eardrums without anaesthesia. She made smart judgements by taking him to the back, and surprisingly he froze and she was able to check his eardrums. Some of the other vets I seen in the past were not able to check that far into his ear, so I was really stoked when Suzanne was able to do it! I can see that she really cared about Tank's health. I’ve decided not to return to this clinic after my dog was misdiagnosed. Despite worsening symptoms on a second visit, no further investigation was done. A different vet quickly identified the issue and my dog needed emergency surgery. I’m very thankful I followed my intuition, as it likely saved his life.

Very rude women behind the counter today continued to argue over excessive script fees and even more so once I stated that I'd simply pay it as we needed it. She seemed to take my questioning of their excessive script charging policy personally. Time to find another practice which is indeed unfortunate as I found the Vets there fantastic.
