Dr. Sheanita provides excellent service. She is very kind and attentive. I am very grateful to have her as my children's doctor; I have been seeing them for many years and recommend her 100%.
Zero compassion/decency for my ill son and accountability for their shortfalls surrounding the circumstances. Son has had severe digestive and gut bacterial issues. We completed all the at home and Labcorp testing timely. Meredith was 30 minutes late to our follow-up virtual appointment to discuss results and talked over me the entire time I was trying to ask questions (I never once complained about having to wait.) 4 stars for the doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners as they are great here. Their billing is absolutely atrocious as of late. Maybe new 3rd party billing but whoever is charge of that needs to look elsewhere. It’s painful at best.
My son and I love Dr.Howard! She’s so nice and she always listens to our concerns.
