I went to the car wash today 1/26/25 to do a car wash but the queue was too long so i decided to leave and come back later. I did not go through the car wash, i later came back to be told that i have washed my car and that my car looks clean. I try to explain that i came to do a car wash but left because of the queue My suggestion is that if you enter the door and did not go inside the car wash the system should know that you did not do a car wash.
