Vivian is the on-site manager.She is very helpful, so prompt when I needed her assistance at with my property. Excellent to have an on-site to manger in the complex. Pool and grounds are always keep so nice and clean. Really enjoyed living in Arundel Links.
A great location, tennis court and pool
A family friendly, well maintained complex supported by an active management team.
Currently an investor, body corp fees are high for the condition of the complex.very poorly maintained, grass,lawns are patchy with dirt, gardens terrible, fences need repairs and or replacing, facades are in dire need of a repaint and repairs and modernising, poor management of complex and not worth 7k a year body corporate and a big sinking fund.. Worst real estate ever! Would not recommend, I was 2 weeks ahead they sent me a breach for been 9 days late in rent I had to correct them, they never send rent receipts, the owner wanted to break my lease due to financial hardship ( but wanted to start renovating the property) every second day I was getting messages asking if I’m leaving yet, once we agreed on 1 week free rent for compensation I gave my 2 weeks notice they then refused the 1 week free rent and said I could stay til end of lease after knowing I’m moving and p... read more
