I hired Arundel Home Improvements for an addition project, with permits already approved and ready for groundbreaking, in July 2025. The finished room is structurally sound and generally looks nice, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The project took about 10 months from groundbreaking to completion, which was far longer than the 12–15 week range I expected for this type of project. Arundel Home Improvements would get 10 stars from me if I could give more than 5! Tom Garver, the owner, is so professional, knowledgeable, responsive and his team is amazing, and really hard working. I recommend them without hesitation. My house is up on stilts, but the last 5 years with coastal flooding happening much more often than the last 25 years, the foundation started to get destroyed. Enough spaces to jump
Took my unfinished basement turned it into an amazing finish basement in a timely manner. From the crew to his staff, and from Tom respectful, and worked with me in every facet of the job highly recommended, and will be the only company I will use.
