Took my unfinished basement turned it into an amazing finish basement in a timely manner. From the crew to his staff, and from Tom respectful, and worked with me in every facet of the job highly recommended, and will be the only company I will use.
I have contracted Arundel Home Improvements Inc. for many construction projects. Renovated my residence and built a garage. They have always done a professional job. Responded to any request in a very timly manner with quality workmanship.
Unresponsive. We needed structural repair on our garage. I submitted a request on their website and called twice, leaving messages both times. It has been almost three weeks, and I still have not heard back, not even for the company to say they are simply too busy or unable to provide services right away. Meanwhile, I found a different business that was responsive and just finished up the work yesterday.
We have used Arundel Home Improvements for several major construction projects. They do really solid work. Great quality. Fair prices. Works well with our insurance too. But even more important to us is the fact that you can get a hold of them. They return phone calls and emails. Answer any questions or concerns. And if something goes wrong, they communicate clearly, honestly, and politely how it will be fixed.
