Management sucks some guy who answer the phone on weekend act like his period is every min he act like you are a problem rushing you off the phone no communication skills I currently live here and eager to move the maintenance workers are lapdogs who jumps when the man tells them but do half jobs the towing is a scam they want 40 a month to park in a little parking lot with a big ditch Management you suck nuts and is the worst

Currently living here now and I can’t wait to move! This has been the worst experience living here! The mice problem is over the top disgusting, they charged me for a smoke detector that they removed on their own. The parking lost fees are ridiculous and it’s infested with bugs , roaches mice. The trash outside always overflows. The maintenance people try hard to fix things but these buildings are trash! I signed my apartment lease on the hood of my car. I called Alan who manages the building about meeting at 9:30 am. I wait 45 minutes and no one shows up. Alan calls me an hour later. I am busy at that point. I return his call later and he has an attitude and slurring his speech. He claims the guy was out front when no one was there and he wasn’t even there. Super rude and deserves to be reported to the owner. NEVER RENT HERE!

I lived here 2 years now and can’t wait to move! I thought I was “ coming up” because these apts are very spacious compared to others in the area but for the same price (roughly). Man I was wrong! First week I seen a mouse few weeks in thats all you hear at night then there were roaches ... maintenance “treating” didn’t help so I got my own product ( idc I was stuck here for a year) to help the situation...
