I saw Dr. Chukkapalli for the first time today. I am very familiar with the VA system as I was a major part of the Carl Vinson VA for 18 years. I was and remain a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Dr.Chukkapalli brought back memories of the days when I worked with some of the best! She is very personable and highly professional. I am totally impressed with her medical etiquette. She sees you as a person first and merge you as her patient! I’m pleased that she is my VA Physician!!🌞
She did absolutely nothing to help me or my daughter she wanted me to provide her with my entire medical history and when I offered it to her she still wouldn’t prescribe me medication that are important to my health. She also wouldn’t treat my daughter for severe eczema She’s the worst I will never go back to her I rate her as a negative 1
I wish I had the same experience as everyone else! She was rude & condescending, made me feel like my health issues were a moral failure of mine. I visited her after 1 year of no insurance & needing a new doctor. She refused to provide prescriptions for uncontrolled meds, refused referrals, and told me I need to be motivated and provide her with my life's worth of medical records before she will help me with anything. She seems ableist and impatient.
Great staff and excellent service
She is OK I guess my first visit with her, I asked her to give me a referral to see a specialist and she said the same way how I found her I can do the same to find a specialist. I inquired by asking the ladies at the front desk : if she accepted peachstate. I didn’t like her response, I feel that: she’s suppose to be my physician, that’s part of her job. I don’t like how it started off, so I might just change Physician there was no connection there Between us
