Answers my concerns to every visit; kind and shows empathy to me as her patient.
Yesterday's visit was very unpleasant. She was argumentative and not prepared to listen to me. She questioned me on my care with outside specialists and even implied that I was wasting one of their time with a follow up appointment when he was the one who had suggested it and not me. This showed that she was clearly not aware of my previous conditions on my chart and why I was visiting the outside specialists. To crown it all, she wrote insulting and negative notes in my chart completely ignoring all facts I had told her.
Horrible. She is aloof, cold, unfriendly, unprepared, not comprehensive in her patient assessments, doesn’t ask about previous conditions, I guess she just knows everything without discussing with the patient, does not communicate her medical opinion. She has the bedside manner of a wax museum.
She ignores your chart, yells at you, and won't refer you to specialists if you ask for it.
Great GP who is thoughtful and thorough! I would certainly recommend her!
