I am not sure where all of those 5star reviews are coming from but I had a horrible experience working with Mr. Rodrigo. I am getting second opinions on his work and frankly some advise me to report him to Bar Association. Also, single mothers that are considering working with him, please be careful! He sends out text messages asking for a “hook up” or writing “MILF”, then claiming it was to “boost your confidence “. You be the judge before hiring someone like that.

I don't like this IHOP. The Rancho one is better. Pancakes tasted stale. Service was good
