Dr. Lanka listened to me and gave me a thorough examination. She took time with me and I felt listened to. All of the staff were kind and thorough. From scheduling my appointment to checking out it was a positive experience. As a bonus, the office was decorated super cool! It had a Medieval Gothic theme with reproductions of famous paintings throughout. Judgmental, dismissive, rude and rushes. I’ve been seeing her for over 2 years now and every time I come in she has no bedside manners. She’s dismissive and only wants to talk about what she deems concerning. Doesn’t explain what things mean or what she’s doing. And she rushes through every appointment I have despite me waiting a long time to see her. She doesn’t ask if I have any concerns or anything I need to talk about while I’m there and doesn’t review blood work or talk about results.
Dr. Lanka didnt listen to the concerns I had and I also felt judgment from her. I dont even think she looked at the reports my PT sent over. Changed my doctor immediately after my appointment today because her theories for my pain didn’t make sense to other doctors, xray techs, nurse practitioners, and even physical therapists. Office and MAs are great but would NOT recommend her for a PCP! She gets you in and out as fast as she can and said at my previous appointment I never mentioned specific symptoms, when I had months ag... read more
