This was my first experience at this office with my handicapped brother, and honestly, I’ve had many good experiences at medical offices—but this was by far the best. From the gentleman who greeted me at the door, to the administrative staff (Amber & Tina) who checked us out and were incredibly patient and helpful, and of course to Dr. Kahn herself, everyone was exceptional. I have experienced nothing but the best care from Dr. Aruna Kahn, Cleveland Clinic makes it very difficult in talking to someone in the office which is out of her control. I credit her with saving my life.

I haven't seen her in two years because my physical appointments keep getting canceled two weeks in advance. This happened last year as well. Whenever I try to reschedule, there are no available slots for months, which forces me to look for another provider. It's really not worth it; the chances of actually seeing her are slim. However, the lady who helped schedule my appointment was fantastic and managed to find a slot close to my original appointment.

Very indifferent PCP especially if you’re elderly. Her medicare visits show no concern for patients health. Due to Dr. Khans indifference when my mother was hospitalized three times within a few months colon cancer diagnosis was missed until too late

My new primary care Doctor spend a lot of time with you asking a lot of questions.I like And you're very personable. I think he is gonna be a great asset to cleveland clinic
