I was recently a patient at SSM St Joseph where I was seen by a number of cardiologists. Later I saw Dr Venkat in Louisiana, MO. I had my hospital records sent prior to my appointment. He clearly had not looked at them and didn't seem aware of the test results or scans that had been done. I was not impressed.
I have been treated very well over the past 17 years I would not change!
Check in was fast and friendly. They answered all my questions. It was a good experience.
