On the 29th March 25 I visited Arun Cars. I took my Triumph TR6 with me after having a conversation with Nathan a few days before about them selling it for me. To cut a long story short, I purchased a beautiful XKR convertable Jaguar from them & left my TR6 with them. Nathan was extremely helpful & easy to deal with, he eventually sold my TR6 & I couldn't be happier with the XKR. Thanks Nathan & all at Arun
10 hours ago Total Disappointment !!! We purchased a Jaguar Low mileage FType from Arun Ltd in Pulborough dealership on the 17th of July 2024, expecting a reliable vehicle and professional service. What I received was neither!! From the outset, there were issues with the car—issues that should have been addressed before it was handed over to me. Arun autos lts are undoutably the best Jaguar landrover independent approved dealership in the South, they really do go the extra mile to assist their customers
Frustration and disappointment has got the better of me now. Whilst Nathan was pleasant to deal with he has failed to deliver on after sales items/promises agreed at the point of sale. Problems encountered with the car also after the sale, which i was very surprised about considering the dealership was a Jaguar specialist - some of these items i would have expected to have been addressed prior to sale considering their vehicles are rigorously inspected.
