I was a new patient. I asked the doctor to review my medical history before arriving. He did not do this. He did not know about key parts of my medical history. "Excellence, Compassion, and Respect", the values that Advocate Health strives for, have all been failed by Dr. Arun Narang. I have never been so quickly dismissed, disrespected, and uncared for to this degree by any other health professional I've met. Dr. Narang didn't trust himself enough to greet me as he walked in the room before logging into his computer and realizing I was a new patient.
