All of the folks are very friendly. I was referred by one of their customers. Excellent service and able to talk on the phone. (Adults in the room)! I'm saving $200 a month..a 20 plus year Farmers insurance customer. Farmers insurance was ripping me off. Same coverage... Same decidable. Thank you for caring.
This company is sneaky, very entitled and not service oriented. Increased my rate by 30% without notice and then doubled my initial 6mo payment because they “changed their policy” and just decided to take 2months payment upfront. This over-drafted my account and when I called to find out what was going on the lady on the phone was rude and disrespectful. Time to look for new insurance
