Very unprofessional twice i have driven from far away and been told that my child can't be seen because the person isn't there. There suppose be there to help with mental health not make it worse
I trusted Arukah to foster an environment where I could grow as a person, but my experience was awful. My therapist of six months was unprofessional, uncooperative, unreliable, untrustworthy, evasive, self-absorbed, self-serving, distracted, negligent, and disregarded much of what I had to say. He would drive during our phone appointments, and when I asked him about it, he dropped me as a client. I would do no stara if I could ! Absolutely awful awful. Came to my home to evaluate my daughter had no solution to the issue never returned phone calls nothing... came to hospital to evaluate my daughter after I needed to call 911 she vocalized wanting to kill herself as well as vocalizing thats she made attempts to do so. She some how didnt qualify for impatient help and the women was snappy and judgemental against me and sounded like I was an inconvenience to her.
