From the very first step through the door at Arukah Institute of Healing, I have felt welcomed, respected, and cared for. Everyone I have encountered has been incredibly kind and understanding. The reception staff have been wonderful and extremely helpful when it comes to scheduling and rescheduling appointments. The nurses have also been amazing, always patient and accommodating. My child had a crisis and the worker Robbi was horrible. She was very uncaring, condescending, and told me to call her manager if I didnt agree with her. I pray for anyone in a bad situation that has to deal with her. She did have a partner named Jen and Jen was very kind and understanding. She seemed embarrassed by Robbi's behavior. I called her supervisor the next day who called herself the director of clinical services and I can see why Robbi acts the way she does. Her boss wasn't much better. Staff is attentive and polite, love how they work with me on anything I need.
I've been a client of Arukah since the beginning of Oct2025. I was newly pregnant and my life was rock bottom. I put off initial phone call for much longer than I should of! Since my initial call, Tara has been a phenomenal caseworker. She came to pick me up immediately after getting off the phone that day.
