Do not book this place. I was charged significantly more than what was quoted, and when I raised the issue, they doubled down with an “it’s not our fault” attitude instead of resolving the situation. They even claimed to have re-listened to our phone call without ever disclosing they were recording, which is illegal in Canada. This place lacks professionalism.
