This was my first experience with Perla and it was awesome! She’s very personable and easy to chat with, which made the whole experience enjoyable. She really listened to what I was looking for in a style, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend!

So dissapointing! The receptionist was extremely rude! My appointment was at 11:30 waited until 12 no one approached me or offered me water. When I asked about my appointment the receptionist said: Shebis willing to stay 20 min for you appointment but you have to wait another 20-25 min?? My appointment was at 11:30! Now she is willing to stay for my appointment? And she es so rude when I asked her to “reschedule”. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… pathetic.
