Diabolical, unprofessional and unreliable! I first approached Sydney Manager Mohammed Yasin on 14 Jan 2026 for a quote -we were moving in June 2026. I had to chase him up several times and despite him FINALLY doing an onsite visit in May - yes 4 months later- no quote EVER eventuated and we never heard from him again! Disgraceful and atrocious behaviour! If he didn't want the job- just tell us upfront. He's wasted so much of our time & caused unnecessary stress. Get your act together or get out!!!
I have been dealing with this mob for a long time. They are awesome. Recommend them to anyone that wants to move some Art down the East Coast.
1 star only because you can't give them zero stars. Terrible experience with delivery of an artwork with this company followed by an equally terrible attitude. Would never allow them anywhere near another of my artworks. I will make it my business to warn as many other collectors and galleries as I can against ever using this company to handle their valuable works. Plenty of other more professional art transport alternatives.
Very impressed with the service from booking, pickup, to delivery. Booked with Mohammed from the NSW Branch. Had to move a large painting from QLD to NSW. Pickup and delivery both on time during the time period given. Wrapped neatly in a protective material/bubble wrap. Highly recommend.
