Had my daughter’s 8th birthday here this past weekend. The studio is cute but the staff really had no directions on what to do. They didn’t have any of the paintings out for example and didn’t help any of the kids with the paintings. Most of the time they sat around on their phones. I basically had to host the whole thing myself with making sure everyone had the supplies they needed. Our organization came here during a business trip to spend some quality time together. Dianna was amazing. You could tell that she is someone who knows how to do something well. She can teach and she did so in such a casual fashion. Everyone in our group got some attention. For individuals like myself she gave me guidance that it was looking ok and provided some opinions and where it could be improved. For the price, this was a disappointment for a child's birthday. There was one, completely disinterested staffer who barely interacted with the children. The parents ended up helping much more than she did. At the start of the party there was a full 45 minutes where nothing happened. Then there was one activity of making slime and then a brief dance party off of a TV. Given the options available for children's birthday parties, including multiple ones in the same complex, you could do much better.
