First haircut somewhere new after my old place closed. Always a gamble. I'd been going to the same person for years and had no clue how to explain what I wanted to anybody else. Walked in without an appointment and got taken care of anyway. Whoever cut it asked a few questions first and then actually listened to the answers, and the fade came out clean at the back where my old place always got it wrong. Best cut i've had in a while. my hair had gotten to that shaggy stage where i couldn't do anything with it and i needed somebody who would just fix it instead of selling me product. in and out again quick. the beard got tidied up in the same visit too and i didn't need a separate booking for it. prices are up on the wall, so no surprises. i'll be back.

my hair had gotten to that awkward stage where nothing sat right and my usual spot always rushed me out with a cut that never matched what i asked for. figured id try something new.
