Horrible service and awful ownership! I wouldn’t purchase anything from this business.
I’m not the type to leave reviews but people need to know! We went to Arturos appliances this passed weekend. This place has horrible service! The owner himself is the worst and super rude, he will cuss at you and call you names. We purchased a refrigerator from there. the lady at the front desk stated that they would take it to our house and that it would take about an hour for us to receive it, this was probably around 12pm. I just purchased my second refrigerator from this company cuz the first one failed after 4 months. The most recent one was just delivered today. Ice dispenser doesn’t work. Ice maker does and it also is missing a shelf w/drawer. I drive up there within an hour of it being delivered and explain the problem. All she keeps saying is wait 24 hours for ice. I went round and round explaining the ice maker works it’s the dispenser that doesn’t. Same thing wait. Keep in mind it comes with a 30 day warranty. She searches everywhere f... read more
