The ofice staff are unprofessional very..disappointed.
My family member went to her appointment with this doctor and she was treated unprofessionally, rudely. He acts like he's in a bad mood and speaks down to his patients. The office staff staff also is unprofessional. They ignore the patients because they're busy talking amongst themselves. It's like the doctor and his staff are bothered by their patients. A very considerate, compassionate doctor who has impressed these qualities on his office staff. Dr. Valderrama and Jessie actually listen to their patient's complaints and or symptoms prior to beginning an evaluation process. Very thorough and will take the time to explain procedures and "why" he is requesting this test. I've been with this doctor for years now and never been happier.
