We went to Arturo’s on Friday 2nd October. There were 6 groups in the entire place. They forgot our drinks, we waited 20 minutes and had to remind them. After half an hour, no one had taken our order so we left. The staff were absolutely useless. This is what kills good places.
My friend and I went up to Arturo’s Rooftop for some food and had a completely bizarre and uncomfortable experience. We had our IDs checked before going inside and spent around $70 on our meal. Despite being paying customers who followed all the rules, one of the workers (possibly a manager) spent the entire time glaring at us and doing constant laps around our table (security joined in for our specific table nobody else). We celebrated Father’s Day lunch here. There was plenty of staff to look after us . The servings were great and very tasty dishes. Couldn’t fault anything definitely recommend visiting. Bathrooms were clean and lux. Dad loved the lunch and everything 💪
