Had great lunch here which was unexpected as I've never been here before. Had lunch at the top floor - Beer was fresh and crisp and interior was gorgeous & relaxing - i feel like I was on a holiday! We ordered several small dishes - salmon in yuzu, zucchini flowers, chicken & lamb skewers & greek style salad. I enjoyed every dish very much! It was made well- presentations, good flavours and good potions too. Prices reasonable I thought. The host was very nice & friendly. Ill visit again if im in the area!
The Arturo’s Rooftop at Woolly Bay Hotel should be a Sydney standout. The setting is beautiful, the venue itself is great, and the food we had was genuinely very good. Unfortunately the service completely undermined the experience. My partner and two friends joined me for lunch today and the venue was not busy at all, with only a handful of tables occupied. The most wonderful experience made so much more enjoyable being served by the beautiful Jessica. She took such good care of our group and was incredibly attentive, friendly and so helpful. The rooftop was also a fabulous place to sit with the lovely view of the city. Thank you Jessica for adding to our positive experience, we will be back.
I had a terrible experience. From the moment we arrived, they tried to kick people out, and security was watching us the whole time—very uncomfortable. In the end, it was the same old story: just workers trying to get rid of us, nothing like a welcome. Unfortunately.
