A beautiful rooftop venue but absolutely terrible service. Waited ages to have our orders taken, eventually had to go in only to see the waitress on her phone. The food came out but we still hadn’t been served our drinks, so again we had to ask for those. Had to wait for drinks whilst the food went cold, these were just standard drinks. There was only one other small group there was so wasn’t exactly busy the bartender was cutting up limes so had time to pour some drinks. I recently hosted my birthday celebration at Arturo's Rooftop, and the experience was outstanding from the very first interaction through to the end of the event. When I first visited the venue, I met with one of the managers who was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions. This was my wife and I very first and very last spot we visited in Sydney. Wife absolutely loved the decor and rooftop. The folks there were very nice and welcoming and the food was DELICIOUS! Must get lobster sliders and crab tacos!! The food and drinks and general experience was superb! Yash and Felicity were amazing in menu / local recommendations and were pleasant to just chat with. We had a blast here, check them out! Ryan / Kentucky
