Nice place.
Have come here many times and loved every time. Veal Marsala is my favorite. Not busy, and for some reason it doesn't have a high rating. I don't understand why, I have always had a positive experience here and the staff is very friendly.
If you're a real Italian, the food is not for you. Bland and poorly prepared.

To be brief: Horrendous. I have worked in 8 restaurants, one of which is the Del Bar in Wisconsin Dells, WI. A true 4 star restaurant, which Arturo's, sadly, is not. I understand that some people have unusually bad experiences at restaurants sometimes. I also have enough experience working restaurant jobs to know when an experience like this isn't chance.
