I was a former patient of Dr. Louis when he retired he transferred all of my extensive history to include cancer and much other history to him. I have requested my records FOUR TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THE CLINIC OR PHYSICIAN. I refuse to see Dr. Romero due to a visit I had many years ago and he was the most unprofessional physician I have ever encountered, I just want my records so I can be followed by my new doctor. A facebook post brought up this memory. Reading the other reviews for this Dr just solidified that I should also add my experience. January 1993 I went into labor around 5:30 am. My husband and I got to the hospital in Copperas Cove, got checked in and into a room. As I was waiting for the dr and my labor to progress (I was dilated to about a 3) my husband and I wanted the halls. Everytime I had a contraction, I squatted. This doctor was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. Him or his staff lost all of the blood work that they ordered so my partner had to do the test multiple times and then he refuses to reschedule an appointment after we made him well aware a month prior for a vacation we had originally planned to visit family in the first week of July.
