Dr Menchaca is a very good Doctor he listens & cares very much he's very understanding I love him & his Nurse Practioner Kaylin is Amazing she listened to all my concerns & showed great empathy in how I felt I was so comfortable with her she made my appointment so much better I love her
He was terrible. He was argumentative and rude. I actually got up and left the appointment (never in my life have I done that). Also, the office messed up my appointment. I had a message that I was sent with the day and time. They scheduled it incorrectly and had me as a “no show” the previous day.
I was referred to Dr Menchaca last yr. He and his staff were so helpful, answered so many questions and guided me thru choices I had to make. Everyone that I encountered at the hospital from the front door to and including the office was so kind, welcoming and helpful. Dr Menchaca was patient and took time explaining my issue and every step that would b taken, assuring me we’re going to fix this thing.
