We love this vet at Babcock! They are so caring and thorough. I loved our tech that assisted us with our cat Rex. He was amazing! Thank you everyone!
Updated review. We had good luck there with our dog Nacho so we decided to bring our second dog in to be neutered, they said they couldn’t do it without a pre surgery exam. Never heard of that but ok… bring him in and get the used car dealer treatment, add up all the “recommendations” and the quote was potentially $1600 for a couple shots, blood testing and neutering. Humane society does it for $260. Our dog is a handful so we wasted the day, wrangling him back and forth and the wife and I got in an argument about it. Won’t ... read more
Everyone explained what they were doing and why. Made us feel better about taking care of our best friend Ps . They also have a great sense of humor
It was time for our dog Steve to go to doggie heaven. The vet tech and doctor were very compassionate, sensitive and empathetic they explained everything that was going to happen. They never rushed us to say goodbye to our beloved dog Steve. They were great! We highly recommend Babcock animal hospital. Rest in peace Steve we love you.
From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with kindness. Rachael, the vet assistant was so welcoming and thorough. Dr. Mastrovito took time to complete very thorough exams and explained, at length care plans. I couldn't say enough about how impressed I was with this facility! Thank you!!
