Had a bit of a wait, but it was so worth it. The staff is amazing. My 3 year old wasn’t scared at all and they made her feel so incredibly comfortable- showed her all the tools they were going to use on her, let her feel/touch them and showed her how they worked and what each one was for. 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much for the great experience!
I had an amazing experience with the team at Artura Dental. Dr. Umerah took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my procedure before we started. I highly recommend Artura Dental if you are looking for an experienced Dentist that genuinely cares.
I’m writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my dental appointment. I scheduled my visit three weeks in advance, only to be contacted later and informed that the appointment needed to be rescheduled, pushing it back by nearly 10 days. I rearranged my work schedule and resubmitted a time-off request to accommodate this change. ARTURA dental was very prompt and respectful with getting me into the office for an appointment as quickly as possible! Have been going through the worst pain I’ve ever been through over the past month!
