When my mom was diagnosed with brain cancer we were in the care of Dr. Szymczak. He had done her brain biopsy and follow up appointments until we were able to meet with oncology. He was nothing but amazing. Dr. Szymczak was very thorough on everything he spoke with us about and genuinely just a very, very, nice, caring physician. If there were any concerns that arose he always showed up in person giving us his feedback. I would highly recommend him!
Very skilled and very humble with excellent patient rapport
Awesome dr. He spends so much time with patients. Talks to them like a regular person. Wish we could follow him wherever he goes. Sad to see him leave Devos!!
This Dr. is a great provider for children. He is spends time with his patients, he is well informed and ensures parents are as well. Hes caring and understanding. He is a parent and knows that neurosurgery is not a place parents want to be and approaches with compassion.
