The loud music coming from this building is completely unacceptable. These Fordham students stay on the rooftop from the afternoon until 4am in the morning blasting music with no respect for the neighborhood or the people trying to sleep. Residents have been complaining for months. People call 311, call security, and nothing changes. Nobody should have to live like this every weekend without peace or sleep.Please do something about the noise. People need to sleep, go to work, and live peacefully in their own homes.
Toured this complex yesterday...Its PERFECT for college students or even a young executive. Clean, safe, properly secured, The surroundings are sophisticated and hip, the layouts functional and the oversized windows allow for plenty of natural light. Open kitchens, generous closets, large s/s fridge. The fact that they are furnished and include flatscreens and fully equipped kitchen make moving in a breeze.Awesome amenities. Luxury living at its best in the Bronx!
