Our first visit to Artsy in Somerville back in Fall 2024 was a pleasant experience, which led my wife to purchase a gift card in December. Unfortunately, by the time we planned to return, the Somerville location had closed without any prior notice or email communication. My family visited here for a Mother’s Day painting session and had a great time. Love how down to earth and helpful the owner Mike is. The place was packed and everyone left happy.

Purchased two mugs and painted them instore from Artsy / Throw and was told they have to dry and be ready a few days/week later. Never recieved the mugs. Have reached out 5 times since Sept 1 (today is Dec 20) and every time was told it was going to ship out to me or reached back out (either never happened). I once offered to pick it up and was told store was closed. Will nolonger tolerate or support this company. And will file a claim with my credit card. Absolutely shameful!
