cannot get in touch with them... phone disconnected... what happened????
Only get one star because zero is not an option. Geno was patient and helpful selling us the blinds and taking our $200 deposit. That was seven weeks ago. Despite multiple calls and request for update, zero returned calls. We have no blinds and no idea if we will ever see them or our $200. Assuming this place survives stealing $200 one customer at a time.
Great support for window coverings
We spent a fortune on Hunter Douglas blinds for our home and had some problems with the mechanics. Called for repairs and Arts Windows failed to show up. Never called me to tell me the appoint was cancelled. When I called I was told they had somewhere else to go that was more important. Buy your window treatments somewhere else.
