This place is so disorganized and the counselors except Kayla are indifferent at best and hostile at worst. They don’t have a consistent doctor so you talk to someone different every time and they don’t take notes (or they don’t read them) and you have to explain everything again. Each doctor gives you different advice. They say they’ve made an appointment for you next time— and then I show up and wait a half hour to find out they never made the appointment after all. This place is a joke. The counselors don't have time for the patients the front desk is a joke and good luck getting dosed within a teen minute window of arriving there....
This is the best place ever to be rehabbed! The staff are amazing,caring kind people! They have saved my life!
I am back to one star.... I am kinda upset with this clinic. They didn't tell me that I had a 15 dollar co-pay until months or a year later when my bill was like over 300.00... So I feel like they get away with everything and never take any accountability. I feel like these counselors don't really care either.
