Was good in the beginning everyone was great. They cannot keep staff here for anything. I’ve been here for seven years and I’ve had seven different counselors the whole time I’ve been here they are not organized and continue to get worse. Every time I go they expect you to be a group meeting every month that I have completed all that they offer in the expect you to keep retaking the same classes over and over again the place is now a laughing joke. The allow you to get addicted to the methadone and when a person is only supposed to be on it for about six months almost a year later she still going taking the same high dose because instead of the them telling her she on to high of a dose and her dr telling her she one to high a dose my mother in law is addicted and y’all don care. She overdosing on it and y’all keep giving her the same amount.
This place is so disorganized and the counselors except Kayla are indifferent at best and hostile at worst. They don’t have a consistent doctor so you talk to someone different every time and they don’t take notes (or they don’t read them) and you have to explain everything again. Each doctor gives you different advice. They say they’ve made an appointment for you next time— and then I show up and wait a half hour to find out they never made the appointment after all. This place is a joke. The counselors don't have time for the patients the front desk is a joke and good luck getting dosed within a teen minute window of arriving there....
