I had a backup the day before Thanksgiving, I started calling companies around 9 AM. I left a message and he returned my call fast, not first, but I felt safe fir some reason. Brad responses and my system was back "running" before 3:30 that day! Brad is fantastic, knowledge and real competitive as far as pricing! Yes, they have my business from now on!!
