I tried to call their business number and got the voicemail. Which was full. Call back later. No idea if they are any good, but I will not be able to find out.
I took my lawnmower here for warranty repair. I didn't expect that the guy would have me work on it myself. He handed me tools and told me what to do. He said he couldn't bend over so I had to do it. After about 30 minutes, he said he didn't know what was wrong so I left. The next day, he calls me and says the manufacturer will replace it, but I need to pay him for his time for helping me! It was truly crazy. Needless to say I didn't pay him and I brought my mower somewhere else.
