Unfortunately, my experience poor. I rented heavy equipment that turned out to be non-functional, even though I was assured it was working. When I got home, I discovered it didn’t work. I appreciate that they quickly provided a replacement and even showed me in-store that it was working when they plugged it in. However, the second one had an electrical issue—it kept tripping my breakers and proved faulty. They said they can not refund the money.
