BUEN LUGAR PARA RENTAR COSAS PARA EL TRABAJO
The people at Hauck Road are great customer service wise but the equipment from Arts rental is probably 15 out of 40 times I’ve rented a trench or dingo they haven’t worked. They don’t even act like they’re gonna try to refund you any money because they basically think tough shit that’s the name of the game. It’s one thing that it’s working for a company but if you’re a small business, it could really sync you don’t use arts rental.
Good equipment, Good Service.
Poor experience. Called prior to booking for clarification on pricing. Associate apparently gave me the wrong info. Had I had the correct info I would not have kept the unit for an extra day. In what world does it make sense to charge effectively $139 per day when renting for 7 days and on the 8th day you get charged the 1 day rate of $325. You get a discount when you rent for a week and that extra day is as if you never got the discount. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE OHIO STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL. Called ahead and asked for an attachment, guy that answered said yes they have 2 at the Sharonville store & asked when we'd be there. I told him 30min and sent a guy to get it. Our guy gets there and they tell him & they 8n fact don't have one available at all except at their KY store. What a waste of our time and added cost to that job due to either the laziness or incompetence of Arts staff.
