They gave us a documented, broken lift. Got it home, couldn’t get it to work, called them that it didn’t work and took it back. They said they were going to charge me for having it for 40 minutes $170. I told them no, and after talking to a manager, was told I would not be charged “at all”. They took $321.00 out of my bank, and now they are saying they have to “investigate” my claim.
