Called every Arts location to find a 4,000psi pressure washer. Drove 30 minutes to get it in Florence. They switched it on me in the yard to a 3000psi without telling me. Did not work for the job. Returned it and they charged me full price. Disappointing they would switch it in me and not tell me and then charge me full price on top of it.
The staff members were so helpful to our family as we completed a massive backyard project this last week. They were patient and informative and helped walk us through everything. All of the equipment worked great as well. Highly recommend these guys for large equipment rentals for digging in the dirt!
Henry took care of me returning a Vermeer Excavator and was more then helpful as always! Henry has always solved any issues our company has had! Thanks for being you Henry!!
