Great inventory. Had what I needed when no one else did. Friendly service. Great location. Easy to get to even from cincinnati. Easy parking too!
Aboustly horrible service in newport location. Company I work for has been coming there for 25 years and acts like they don't know who we are. Took 25mim to buy a 2inch pump./ So after my review arts rental reached out to me and explained to me why what happened, happened. That goes along way with me because they took somthing negative , very personal !for that I am redoing my review to 4 stars and we be glade to give another chance to give them business. ARTS ! So I rented a mini execs. And the Ram was leaking. I called, but they told me to keep using it. So I took it back the next day, and the mechanic streamed, and said, I broke the machine that I bent the Ram. He called me a liar, then later that day. Or the next day, they call me and seen the notes where I called in and told them, then a couple days later, they call me and tell me, I broke the controller.
