Had everything I needed and good advice
I have used arts rental for a long time and I have always had a good experience. I recommend these guys 10/10. Good people, good equipment and a all around good experience
I rented a skid steer with them, which had some issues. In the beginning, they didn't offer me a great solution, that's why I gave them a one-star review. Later, the manager contacted me and offered a full refund and an apology for the trouble, so I'm updating my review to 5 start just because they have a great management team.
My coworker and I took the mobile elevating platform training here this week and we were not looking forward to it but it ended up being very helpful. We both learned a lot and the hands on experiences actually gave me confidence to operate a lift now. I was always somewhat nervous to do it but our instructor Mark Gish was so helpful and patient. Highly recommend the training here. Unrelated but staff was also very friendly too
