When I called him, he made an appointment for three days later showed up on time located at the utilities and mark them clearly Very friendly and personable what can you ask for?
We had Caleb out to find a water leak on a main water service. He found the leak within the hour making my life as a plumber a lot easier. We will definitely only be using Arts Locating for all our leak and locating needs.
A follow up to another service provided. Awesome communicator and always on time as scheduled owner Caleb took care of us once again. He ran his remote camera down the inside of our shower wall to locate any mold or mildew from an ongoing in the wall shower head leak. His camera found none! We had Caleb (owner) out to find a mystery water leak. The leak source was discovered quickly. Caleb was VERY thorough and professional in his search. We highly recommend Art's Locating if you ever need someone to solve a water leak mystery.
Caleb came out and was quickly able to trace our pipe and determine where it entered the house. He was very professional and communicated very well. I would highly recommend him.
